Returns
Do you offer returns?
Items purchased can be returned if a defect is detected within 48 hours of delivery. Goods must be returned in the same condition as of delivery and will be reviewed within 48 hours of return. If the item(s) are found to be defective then such items will be changed.
I received a faulty item, what do I do?

The whole of Ghana at a fee depending on your location.
When are your delivery hours?
Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm

How quickly will I receive my items?
Once your purchase has been confirmed, your item(s) will be delivered within 24-48 hours depending on two things 1. location within Accra and Tema & 2. Availability of the items.

Customers will be randomly picked semi-annually to be rewarded for the purchase. The first three people to be precise.

Product Information
We have made all effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see depend on your display, we cannot guarantee that any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Measurements and sizes are approximate. We try however to make every measure as accurate as possible.

We will take all the right measures to make sure that all information of products appearing on the website are precise. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been misrepresented.

Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website we’ll send an email to you confirming your order.
Once you have checked out and received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before finally checking out.
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure. Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular goods may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you and you will not be charged for that item.
